A busy week in Room 13!

This week we sadly said goodbye to Nancy. We had a party lunch for her and Miss Rait came back to visit. It was lovely to see her! We will miss you Nancy but hope to keep in touch with you.

We have been reading the Duck and Hen story. Some of us re-told the story with puppets. They were two friends who learned that they liked to do some things together but not everything... a bit like us!

Miss Rait has been helping us to think of ourselves as a forest of different trees, growing and leanring together. Look at our amazing pictures in the style of New Zealand artist, Dean Buchanan.

Constable Cole came to speak to us about how to keep ourselves safe.

Our Room 8 buddies came to teach us lots of different playground games. We had great fun.

These are our wiggly ear self portraits, showing us safe and happy in Room 13.

  1. Kia ora Room 13!

What great photos! Your trees do look fabulous up on the wall. Keep growing throughout the term with Mrs L. What did you learn from Constable Cole?
